So who am I?

I’m a freelance social media and community expert.
I’ve got decades of experience in building, growing and repairing online communities.

I’ve worked with businesses ranging from startups to global multi billion dollar corporations.
Facebook groups, forums, email lists and IRC. I’ve been a part of them all.

I offer services in community building, community and social media strategy and design.

I’ve designed and helped implement forums, salesforce integrations, email templates and platform shifts.
Digital customer care and community is in my blood.
